I spent years in business operations and legal compliance, which taught me two things: systems break when they’re built on someone else’s shifting priorities, and the best tools are the ones you actually control.
That frustration led me to build LKM Constructs — a company focused on constitutional AI frameworks: systems with enforced rules, memory, and boundaries that don’t bend when the platform changes.
Most AI development focuses on making models compliant after the fact. I focus on making them governed from the start. There’s a difference between an assistant that follows rules and a system that holds constitutional boundaries while adapting to how you actually work.
